·         Elect the Nominating Committee. Our by-laws require us to elect a nominating committee at our September meeting whose purpose is to present candidates for the Board of Directors at our November Annual meeting. A slate of seven people (five for the committee plus two alternates) will be presented.

o        Action required – elect the Nominating Committee.
